The base currency of our site is in $USD, but you can change the this in the box at the top right of the site as well as on product pages. We use Stripe and PayPal as our payment providers so that you can check out in your local currency (and not incur foreign transaction fees). If your currency is not an option, please let us know so that we can add it as an option.

Yes! If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can place an order and use the coupon code CombineOrder to have the shipping charge taken out. Before you check out, you must enter the order number of the existing order so we can find it to combine them. If you do not include the existing order number, or if you do not have an existing order, you will be invoiced for any shipping charges that were taken out as a result of using the coupon code.

Rinse your mold under cool water and towel dry to clean mold. Never soak your molds as they can retain water. Do not place your molds in the dishwasher. PLA is susceptible to heat, so please do not use warm or hot water.

Please note that we offer instruction as a courtesy. We do not offer refunds even if you are not able to figure out how to use our molds. To use 3-piece designs: Place the sleeve on the base. Add your bath bomb mixture. Place the plunger on top, and then simply press down hard. You can either push the top and bottom piece out of the sleeve by hand, and then unmold, or you can use the plunger to push the mold pieces out. Wipe away any mixture on the inside of the pieces before making the next bath bomb. To use 1-piece (hybrid) designs: Place bath bomb mix into mold. Scrape off excess mixture so that the mix is flat (and will be flat when unmolded). Flip mold onto a hard surface (e.g. baking sheet) and lift mold off of bath bomb. If the mold does not lift off, tap the mold with a spoon or other utensil to tap the bath bomb out of the mold For your convenience, we provide videos on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Our molds are made of PLA (Polylactic acid). PLA is a thermoplastic monomer, derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugar cane.

Due to Subscription Box prices being reduced for annual subscriptions, we cannot alter the terms of this agreement. If you do not want to subscribe, you can purchase a one-time box at full price.

Yes, we currently offer a selection of our molds and baskets as digital files so you can print them yourself. Check our "Digital Downloads" section to browse our current models available. These files are available for personal use only. If you would like to sell, gift, and/or destash any of the prints you make with our files, you must also purchase a Commercial License. You can only sell, gift, destash, etc your printed products made with our files while you have an active Commercial License. The selection of files is limited, and we are working on expanding the offering. Sign up for our "STL File Updates" email list to be stay up-to-date on this offering.

We release our products in batches as they are ready. If you would like to be notified of product releases, sign up for our email list and select "Consumer Updates" as the type of updates you would like to receive. Keep in mind that many of our designs are not made again once they are sold out!

Many of our soaps are individual creations without plans to re-make the same design. Therefore when they sell out, they are gone.

We recommend you use our products within 6 months for the best results, as the color and fragrances may begin to fade after that amount of time. However, our soaps will still get you clean even after the fragrance and colors are gone! Either way, we are glad you are using the soaps - we intend for them to be used, not part of decades-long decor.

The prices listed are for one bar of soap, bath bomb, or bubble bar, unless otherwise indicated in the description. For example, we generally sell our bubble scoops in groups of two or 3. We often show multiple products in our pictures to highlight the variations associated with our artisan products.

Molds & Tools We offer shipping to several countries outside of the US and Canada. As of 2023, we ship to Australia, Canada, Denmark, Singapore, Switzerland, the UK, and the US. If you live elsewhere in the world, send us a message and we will look to see if we can offer shipping at a reasonable cost to your country. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be assessed. Cosmetics At this time we only ship our cosmetics (soaps, bath bombs, bubble bath, etc) to Canada and the US. Because countries have different regulations for cosmetics, we cannot ship our cosmetics worldwide.

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct. If a mistake has been made, notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.

Our bath bomb molds and tools are printed to order. Our goal is to process your order within 2 weeks of receiving your order and payment. Some products require up to 3 weeks processing time; these will be clearly indicated in the product listing. This timeframe does not include the shipping time once it leaves our location. Shipping time varies on destination. In the US and Canada, you should plan for a 4 – 8 day shipping time (in addition to the time it takes us to print and package your order). When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your delivery.

We offer shipping for a flat rate depending on destination, and free shipping with a minimum purchase (minimum varies depending on country). In Canada and the US, free shipping is available for orders over $75 USD. Digital products do not count toward minimum required for free shipping. US and Canada shipping rates (for orders under $75 USD) are based on destination: Ontario & Quebec: $10 USD Alberta, British Colombia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Yukon: $18 USD New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island: $17 USD US: $12 USD
